At present, China ranks first in the world in the production and consumption of lead-acid batteries. However, it also brings the dual pressure of resource shortage and environmental pollution behind the rapid development. As one of the heavy metal pollution industries, the lead-caid battery industry has a serious threat to the ecological environment and human health due to its high energy consumption and high pollution. The lead-acid battery industry needs to change its development concept and find a green and low-carbon development path. Green supply chain management has always played an important role in sustainable business management, and it has become one of the goals pursued by governments and enterprises in various countries. Implementing green supply chain management is an effective way for lead-acid industry to realize green development, save resources and energy consumption and prevent environmental pollution. This study defines the concepts of supply chain and green supply chain by collecting relevant literature and data on green supply chain and lead-acid battery supply chain at home and abroad. The current situation of supply chain in lead-acid battery industry is analyzed, and the SCOR model of green supply chain in lead-acid battery industry is established. Through the analysis of the implementation elements of each link of the green supply chain, the greenness evaluation index system of the lead-acid battery industry is established, which includes 5 first-level indicators and 23 second-level indicators. The Analytic Hierarchy Process-Entropy Weight Method is determined as the calculation method of each index weight, and the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation is the green degree evaluation method. Finally, taking C company as the research object, this study evaluates and analyzes the green level of the company's supply chain, verifies the feasibility of the previous evaluation model, and puts forward improvement suggestions. Through the research on the green supply chain of lead-acid battery industry, this study hopes to promote relevant enterprises to understand the shortcomings of supply chain operation process, so as to improve and optimize each link, improve resource utilization and enhance the green development level of lead-acid battery industry.
